Position Overview:

At Shobha Soobrattee Insurance Agency, we have been dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients and the communities we serve. We are currently looking for a qualified professional to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative.

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute to our mission through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the agent and senior representatives to achieve objectives.
  • Engage in Property and Casualty and Life Insurance sales and support.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule client appointments, assess their needs, and align them with suitable products and services.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing (training provided).
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities while recognizing additional needs among existing clients.
  • Commit to continuous learning to remain updated in the dynamic insurance landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possession of General and Life Licences or a willingness to obtain them (successful completion of exams required).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients through various channels.
  • A proven track record of persistence, ensuring that client needs are met while respecting their busy lives.
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humor, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • A criminal background check is mandatory as we prioritize our clients' financial security.
