Insurance Sales Consultant:

Position Overview

Dynamic insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional individual to enhance our team of insurance experts. We are focused on providing exceptional service in home, auto, and life insurance.

As a member of our agency, you will leverage your business development abilities to excel in producing results and fostering client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
1. Generate leads, arrange meetings, and promote products and services tailored to client needs.
2. Collaborate with the agency to achieve collective targets and objectives.
3. Deliver timely and precise customer service.
4. Educate and guide clients on our insurance offerings, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- LLQP and/or OTL license is preferred, though not mandatory at the time of hiring.
- Experience in product/service sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing demeanor with a passion for engaging with clients.
- Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends.

Compensation
We provide a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary, commission, bonuses, health and dental benefits, paid time off, and personal leave.

This position is with an independent contractor agent affiliated with the agency network, not with the agency group or its subsidiaries. Employees of independent contractor agents are not employees of the agency.
