Job Title: Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Tri-Phase Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring lease agreements are met, and preparing and administering contracts for property services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that lease agreements are met and that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: Prepare expense and income reports to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
