About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the quick service industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
