Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including purchasing and tracking food and inventory, organizing room rentals, and coordinating with clients and staff to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate weekly purchases of food and inventory, working with various vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Maintain relationships with producers and staff to ensure all clients' needs are met, including dietary restrictions and facility protocol.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate expense records.
- Organize and maintain room rentals, ensuring accurate records and client billing.
- Work closely with cleaning staff to maintain facility cleanliness throughout the day.
- Prepare production rooms for clients and ensure safety standards are maintained when food is prepared.
- Cover reception duties as needed.
- Perform various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality, with a background in client services or customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and resolve issues quickly.
- Knowledge of the film and television industry is an asset.
