About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our internal and external customers/clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with community PSWs and Nurses to schedule and coordinate services
- Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from LHIN and employees
- Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor
- Liaise with LHIN representatives regarding client care and collect pertinent client data into the computer system
- Provide administrative support to the personal support worker and Nurse program
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
