Wood Processing Facility Supervisor

- Formulate production timelines and assign duties
- Assess daily operational performance
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Organize and plan daily operational activities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Create maintenance schedules for equipment
- Lead quality assurance inspections
- Administer budget and personnel management
- Guide and mentor team membersQualifications
- Experience supervising 5-10 staff members
- Proficient in MS Windows and Excel
- Background in marketing and the wood sector
- Experience in milling and operating forklifts
