Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring efficient service and high-quality dishes.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing menu offerings.
  • Hire and manage our food service staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
