- Resource Management: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to optimize inventory levels.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service staff to build a competent and dedicated team.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during service hours.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
