About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Wood. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the kitchen is adequately staffed at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
