Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Wood. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Management: Hire and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
