Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Joeonto Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
    • Standing for extended periods

Working Conditions
