About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurants.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure that our restaurants are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to food service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge and support their career development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
