Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Joeonto Corporation. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding.
