About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurants.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that they are adequate to meet the needs of our customers and the demands of our restaurants.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
