Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Thai Cuisine Experts Inc. as a Kitchen Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training on preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service establishment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
- Cuisine Specialties: Experience in Thai cuisine preparation and cooking.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods.
