Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Etel Soft Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers and internal teams on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
Working Conditions:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of technical complexity. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30 hours per week.
