Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Analyst to support the analysis, evaluation, and reporting of program evaluation in Mental Health and Substance Use Services (MHSUS) within Fraser Health.
Key Responsibilities- Support evaluation planning, implementation, and reporting of MHSU services and initiatives by collecting and analyzing data.
- Collaborate with program managers, leadership, and teams to assess and define required information to satisfy reporting requirements.
- Design a practical evaluation model that integrates monitoring, self-assessment, planning, and evaluation of program or health services.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, or Public Administration, Information Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- One to three years' recent, related experience in evaluation/research/decision support in healthcare, public health, community health programs, acute care, or other health services.
