**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are embarking on a technology and architecture transformation project that will utilize best practices, methodologies, and tools. Our team is both integrating and innovating to build a highly extensible and resilient software platform. As a member of our team, you can expand your knowledge and experience and contribute your ideas to our new product.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this role, you will report to the Director of Solutions Delivery. You will be responsible for managing, requirements with the Solutions Delivery team of IT and collaborate with various Panago teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Communicate information, facilitate discussions, and manage relationships with business stakeholders.
- Evaluate and facilitate a shared understanding of Panago’s business processes.
- Facilitate decision-making based on the analysis of information gathered.
- Draw insights from various analysis activities and present them using the appropriate modelling or documentation techniques (e.g., BRD, Use Cases, UML diagrams, Business Case Analysis, etc.)
- Collaborate with a Project Manager, Development, IT Service Delivery, and our IT Operations. teams to analyze, design, and document recommended and future-state solutions and/or workarounds that meet business requirements.
- Elaborate upon features/user stories for the team to implement.
- Manage changes and ensure the delivered solution meets the requirements defined.
- Triage-reported issues and requests for system enhancements.
- Author and maintain documentation of organizational processes and standard operating procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in Business analysis in software development and implementation initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and fanatical attention to detail
- Working in agile software development teams
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and with high quality
- Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with mínimal supervision
- An active and keen learner
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in using requirements management tools is an asset
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or equivalent is desirable
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or working on a relevant certification is preferred.
