Job Title: Supervisor, Media Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Media Planning to join our team at OMD Canada. As a key member of our media planning team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans that meet client goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Provide expert-level media planning and buying guidance to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
