Job Title: Drywall Installer

Evergreen Dhillon Drywall Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and applying successive coats of compound to create smooth surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to create smooth surfaces
  • Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights, in dusty and noisy environments
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina required
Work Environment:

As a Drywall Installer, you will work in a fast-paced commercial and residential construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, in dusty and noisy environments, and may be exposed to physical hazards.
