Job Title: Drywall Installer

C BATH DRYWALL LTD is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, cutting and fitting them to meet specifications, and ensuring a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to meet specifications
  • Cut and fit drywall sheets to meet specifications
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The work environment is varied, with tasks performed at heights, in dusty and noisy conditions. The work setting is various locations, and the physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
