Job Title: Drywall Installer

RNK Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, filling joints and holes, and smoothing out excess compound.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role will be varied, with tasks taking place in different locations. You will be working with a team to complete projects, and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Install drywall sheets, ensuring they are securely fastened to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs.
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools.

You will be required to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
