Senior Application Portfolio Management Consultant

S I Systems is seeking a Senior Application Portfolio Management Consultant to assist with the foundational setup of portfolio management for nine IT platforms.

This is a hybrid working model in Burnaby, with a requirement to work on-site every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management consulting
  • Proven ability to facilitate and coordinate outcomes for subject matter experts

Responsibilities:

The platforms vary in complexity, ranging from small footprint solutions to large enterprise-level platforms. Current management practices also vary between centralized and decentralized models.

The goal is to increase the maturity of platform management through increased visibility, standardization of practices, and coordination of demand. This outcome will span across centralized and decentralized managed platforms.

The target deliverables for each platform will include:

  1. Policies, Standards, and Best Practices
  2. Process & Tools
  3. Platform Roadmaps
  4. Investment Governance

Two platforms will require additional specification for:

  1. Creation of Investment Pipeline
  2. Identification of Platform Metrics & KPIs
