Senior Portfolio Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to lead their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large team across two locations, overseeing day-to-day operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead more junior team members, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Manage client invoicing, assets, corporate and client cash flow processing, and data management.
  • Analyze current processes and redesign them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reconcile portfolio accounting records with the custodian's records.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of direct management experience in back office and administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
