About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our team in Institutional Portfolio Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team across two locations, managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Client invoicing and assets management.
  • Corporate and client cash flow processing.
  • Analyze current processes and redesign to improve efficiency.
  • Reconciliation of portfolio accounting records with the custodian's.
  • Data management and reporting.
Requirements
  • At least five years of direct management experience within back office and administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
