Senior Portfolio Manager

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing a large team across two locations, overseeing day-to-day operations, and identifying areas for improvement. Your analytical mindset, operational focus, and leadership abilities will be essential in driving team performance and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a large team across two locations, overseeing day-to-day operations
- Identify areas for improvement, coach, mentor, and lead more junior team members
- Client invoicing, assets management, corporate and client cash flow processing
- Analyze current processes and redesign for efficiency
- Reconciliation of portfolio accounting records with the custodian's
- Data management and reporting
- At least five years of direct management experience within back office and administration
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics)
- Financial Services industry experience
