Senior Portfolio Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to lead their team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of the team, identifying areas for improvement, and coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large team across two locations, overseeing the day-to-day operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance
  • Client invoicing and assets management
  • Corporate and client cash flow processing
  • Analyze current processes and redesign for efficiency
  • Reconciliation of portfolio accounting records with the custodian's
  • Data management and reporting
Requirements:
  • At least five years of direct management experience within back office and administration
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics)
  • Financial Services industry experience
