Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our Institutional Portfolio Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our clients' portfolios, ensuring seamless operations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team in two locations, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Manage client invoicing, assets, and cash flows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze and redesign processes to optimize portfolio management and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Reconcile portfolio accounting records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement data management and reporting strategies to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of management experience in back-office and administration, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of portfolio management and operations.
