Proposal Management Coordinator

CB Canada, a vibrant and rapidly expanding firm in the construction sector, is in search of a skilled Proposal Management Coordinator to enhance their operations. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow their career within a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the business development team by overseeing and crafting all proposals efficiently;
- Support teams during the proposal submission process, participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and coordinating with team members;
- Draft and refine various sections of proposals;
- Lead the creation of proposal mock-ups, cover pages, layouts, tailored presentations, and visual aids for each project;
- Work collaboratively with business development and marketing teams to establish strategies that ensure proposal uniformity and adherence to corporate identity standards;
- Compile, update, and maintain proposal-related data, including resumes, project summaries, safety records, project imagery, and references;
- Assist in the development and revision of marketing materials such as resumes and project profiles.
Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?
- Eager to broaden industry knowledge and contribute to securing contracts for the company;
- Degree in literature, communication, business, marketing, or equivalent experience in managing and developing technical business proposals;
- Exceptional technical writing abilities with a keen eye for detail in grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading;
- Adaptable, capable of prioritizing tasks, and delivering outcomes within stringent deadlines;
- Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and experience with Microsoft applications is advantageous;
- Experience in the construction industry and design-build proposals is preferred;
- Outstanding written and grammatical skills in French.
