Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Pinky Nails&Spa Corporation is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, as well as providing technical advice and guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
