Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beauticure Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, overseeing the daily activities of our staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work: Schedule work for our nail technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and machinery.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including scheduling and reviewing their work.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
