Director of Addiction and Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Addiction and Mental Health services in the Saint John area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, effectiveness, and accessibility of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with psychiatry co-leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in strategic planning for Addiction and Mental Health services
- Nurture a healthy and safe work environment
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of services
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Lead regional initiatives and programs
- Monitor and report on performance indicators
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3-5 years of experience in a health leadership position
- Master's degree in business or health care management or a degree in an affiliated healthcare profession with specialized training in business/management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
