As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Campus Programs , you will oversee the global campus recruiting strategy for OMERS and Oxford. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will provide strategic direction in early talent identification and lead the establishment of a centralized campus center of excellence. This role involves managing all student programs, including co-op students and our Rotational Programs. You will ensure a seamless recruitment experience, promote the OMERS and Oxford brand at targeted educational institutions, and collaborate with business leaders to attract and hire top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the campus program strategy, planning, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to align campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Organize and lead all campus hiring events and information sessions, representing OMERS and Oxford in all partnerships.
  • Coordinate with regional partners to ensure global consistency in campus program management and related activities.
  • Engage with our managers to foster a high level of interaction between our leaders and new campus hires.
  • Build a professional online and social media presence to enhance the OMERS student employment brand.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, providing detailed reports on campus hiring trends and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive recruitment experience.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with HR Business Partners.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and insights, offering recommendations to enhance the quality of our program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in Campus Recruitment and Program Management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsiveness and urgency.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of budget and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Willingness to plan and host development, social, or networking events outside of standard work hours.
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking system; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and exceptional time management abilities.
