About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team as a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campus talent acquisition activities, including creating and executing on-campus strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse universities and colleges
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university career services, faculty, and alumni
  • Assess and track candidate progress through the recruitment funnel, leveraging technology to optimize the process
  • Create and deliver presentations on and off-campus to promote Scotiabank's brand and opportunities
  • Plan and execute large-scale events and conferences to engage with top talent
  • Manage social media deliverables to promote Scotiabank's campus recruitment efforts
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Provide support and mentorship to members of the Campus team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
