Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the GTA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops, and interns
  • Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners, including faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement, and manage national campus recruitment agendas
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors, and clients to deliver the campus program
  • Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of marketing tools and actively engage in creating content
  • Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Travel will be required during peak periods

Requirements

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are comfortable planning and facilitating presentations
  • You are a strategic thinker with planning experience and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
  • You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years' experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
