About the Role

BDO is a firm built on a foundation of positive relationships with our people and our clients. We're seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our designated client group.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops, and interns, providing an exceptional talent experience throughout the process.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners, including faculty, career office employees, and students.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement, and manage the National campus recruitment agenda.
  • Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools.
  • Monitor industry and market trends, implementing strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel will be required during peak periods.

Your Experience and Education

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have a strategic mindset, with experience in planning and facilitating presentations.
  • You have a strong understanding of time management and can effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests.
  • You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years' experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
