Reimbursement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Caseworker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and reimbursement services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level reimbursement support to patients, including identifying coverage options and investigating financial assistance programs.
- Manage a large caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of reimbursement issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement reimbursement protocols and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve patient support and reimbursement services.
- Provide training and coaching to junior caseworkers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient support services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry and automated warehouse operating systems.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
