Position: Receptionist

Midtown Honda is seeking a dedicated full-time Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in receptionist positions, exhibit a vibrant personality, demonstrate a strong commitment to their work, and maintain an organized approach to daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a courteous manner upon their arrival.
  • Guide clients to the relevant departments within the organization.
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure accurate message delivery.
  • Keep customer waiting areas clean and well-stocked.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for client appointments.
  • Address client inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Process client payments and manage service department paperwork.
  • Execute various administrative duties and maintain organized company records.
  • Assist in compiling report data as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in an automotive dealership.
  • Familiarity with vehicle services and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
