- Provide expert guidance on procurement, source-to-pay, and business process optimization.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
The Solution Consulting team is part of the Amazon Business Professional Services organization, dedicated to accelerating customer success, adoption, and spend. We strive to build customer confidence through insights, trusted resources, and innovative solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- Proven track record of positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers.
- Knowledge of procurement, procure-to-pay, and source-to-pay methods at enterprise businesses.
- 2+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- 5+ years of implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers.
- Experience with change management.

The base salary for this position ranges from $61,700/year up to $103,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
