About the Role

Vente au Détail Bestseller Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays. Ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Language: Fluency in French
Work Environment

Vente au Détail Bestseller Canada Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
