Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9408-8283 Quebec Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Supervise and train staff to meet sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluency in English or French
