About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marché norsol. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and revenue targets, and to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances.
