Retail Merchandising Supervisor
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for merchandising and retail environments?
We are currently in search of a skilled Merchandising Supervisor to enhance our dynamic on-site operations team.

We seek an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses natural leadership qualities, and fosters a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for their team. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor will be to effectively lead a team of 12 to 15 retail associates through a multi-store refacing initiative, ensuring that merchandising and digital price tagging are executed flawlessly and within the designated timeline.

Throughout the week, the team will be tasked with removing existing shelf labels and installing new electronic shelf labels across the entire store.

This role requires travel, with each week spent at a different retail location.
*All travel expenses and accommodations will be covered by Match Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily notes before each shift and assess designated areas in-store to ensure feasibility.
  • Assign tasks to the merchandising team and oversee the adjustment and installation of new retail pricing fixtures.
  • Understand and adhere to site plans and department layouts.
  • Ensure successful merchandising and digital pricing updates throughout the store.
  • Manage the inventory of all tools and equipment provided for the project duration, ensuring everything is returned upon completion.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members regularly.
  • Maintain a sign-in/out log for all team members.
  • Complete all reports and surveys within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with store management and employees.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and a flexible, reliable, and friendly demeanor.
