About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager - Expert to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Expert Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and success for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine strategic direction for assigned brands, grounded in superior healthcare professional and consumer/patient insights.
  • Drive superior execution of HCP programs and plans to bring brand strategies to life, including media, creative development, sampling, conventions, and associated customer-facing plans.
  • Execute with excellence the marketing/commercial plan, tracking results on key brand/HCP programs, and recommending course correction as necessary based on performance vs. Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lead brand creative projects, from creation/adaptation to execution.
  • Build strategic partnerships with HCP sales teams to collaborate and integrate all aspects of brand objectives and drivers of growth.
  • Participate in innovation project teams to provide HCP insights, claims development, sampling strategy, HCP strategy, and launch plans.
  • Manage HCP advertising and promotional spend.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other commercial, regulatory, and medical departments.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate University Degree - Scientific discipline an asset.
  • 5+ years brand marketing experience in pharmaceutical/OTC marketing and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical product and core capability training.
  • Experience partnering with pharmaceutical sales teams, medical affairs, regulatory, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth.
  • Experience in large-scale new product launches, collaboration with global teams, and delivering results in a matrix org.
  • Strong financial capabilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, including organizational changes and changes in job demands.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of software with advanced skills in developing presentations in PowerPoint.
