The Role:

In the capacity of a Senior Program Manager , you will oversee a complex, large-scale program that includes over 20 simultaneous projects. If you thrive on leading and managing initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities, and are eager to advance your career in a client-focused agency, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

A Day in The Life:

  • Ensure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of program execution, adhering to organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop detailed project plans that cover all phases of the program, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Organize and manage project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements within established scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor program progress and provide updates on key metrics such as milestones, deliverables, and financials to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial management aspects of projects, including budget evaluations, forecasting, and developing project change requests.
  • Assist in generating forecasts and reports for account growth initiatives as necessary.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and sponsors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster client relationships by building trust and advocating for their needs within Bond Brand Loyalty.

Are You The One?

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. Project management certification is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing project management role, preferably in a dynamic agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complexities, utilizing strong communication skills to assess and document client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively updating stakeholders and managing project expectations.
  • Strong financial understanding, with knowledge of key metrics that influence project delivery and business performance.
  • Familiarity with consumer research projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A passion for strategic communication and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel as needed.
