About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Representatives, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
  • Train Retailer Staff on our products and services, ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise to effectively promote our brand.
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly, providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients.
  • Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly, helping to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how our products are perceived in the market, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategy.
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups have the necessary product knowledge and training.
  • Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back to the team.
  • Support Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market, helping to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence, ensuring our reputation is maintained at all times.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and client, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Support Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the field, helping to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs, helping to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Merchandising execution, ensuring our products are displayed and promoted effectively in-store.
  • Training facilitation at trade show events as needed, providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset.
  • Sales experience in home appliances is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector.
  • Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer).
  • Previous durable good or high-value retail Sales experience.
  • Outbound sales representative experience.
  • Experience as Field Sales Representative.
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectives.
  • Available to travel within the market.
