Shipping and Receiving Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Zora Holdings Ltd. as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Shipping Methods: Research and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our goods.
- Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the scheduling of goods distribution to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Prepare and process bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, shipped, and stored.
- Route Goods: Route goods to the appropriate storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and minimize damage.
- Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack and unpack goods to be shipped or received, ensuring that they are properly secured and protected.
- Affix Shipping Information: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure that they are properly secured and protected.
- Process Payments: Process payments for goods received and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Accuracy: Ensure that all tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Initiative: Take initiative to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
