Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping Coordination: Assess and select the most efficient shipping methods for our products.
  • Distribution Scheduling: Organize the distribution of merchandise to meet customer demands.
  • Transportation Management: Arrange for the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Documentation Preparation: Generate necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy against invoices and other documentation.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of inventory and shipping activities.
  • Inventory Management: Address shortages and manage the return of damaged items.
  • Packaging: Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed.
  • Receiving Goods: Unpack and organize incoming products efficiently.

Qualifications
