Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at 2485027 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, inspect and verify incoming goods, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, route goods to appropriate storage areas, and pack goods to be shipped.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
